AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Santa Monica Retail Team Member (Part-Time):
A retail team member collaborates with customers and fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in genuine conversations with customers in order to build an ongoing relationship with every individual.
- Provide a smooth customer experience by becoming adept with he POS system.
- Store Maintenance including but not exclusive to: inventory management, visuals management, and in-store maintenance.
CREATIVITY: Most importantly, we require that all team members are creatively and actively engaged in the store's past, present, and future plans.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with a passion to grow the Seasons By brand!
- 0-2 years of in-store retail experience and team player.
- Flexible work hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Santa Monica Key Holder (Full-Time):
An in-store key holder is responsible for collaborating and communicating with the management and in-store team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership and team management skills within the retail space.
- Maintain the store by completing daily office procedures, store maintenance, order processing, and inventory management.
- Take initiative to teach and share knowledge with both customers and co-workers.
CREATIVITY: Most importantly, we require that all team members are creatively and actively engaged in the store's past, present, and future plans.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with a passion to grow the Seasons By brand!
- 2-5 years of in-store retail experience.
- Demonstrates leadership.
- Flexible work hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Seasons By Creative Director (Full-Time):
A Creative Director is responsible for collaborating and creating in-depth social media marketing. This candidate possesses a forward thinking mindset, consumer knowledge, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and lead content creation and strategy across all social media platforms.
- Willingness to be the face / model of our social media pages.
- Collaborate with in-store team members to stay up to date on new styles and trends.
- Adept in all social media platforms: Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube Shorts, Google Ads, and website e-commerce.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with a passion to grow the Seasons By brand!
- 3+ years of experience in creative field, with a preference in social media marketing.
- Previous work in the fashion or retail industry.
- Demonstrate leadership
- Flexible work hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays.
