Why Our In-Store Prices Differ From Online Pricing!

Dear Customer,

Our brick and mortar has been open for a little more than a year now, and we are so happy to have connected with so many folks around the world! Santa Monica really is a melting pot of all cultures, locals and visitors afar.

We have had the pleasure to serve over 20,000 orders both in-store and online combined, with what feels like a community that has been building from day one.

Now... the questions we often get asked the most is with regards to pricing..! Our in-store and online pricing are marked differently (both still very affordable with our customer always in line!)

Our in-store pricing strategy is a single-line pricing strategy! Why? Simple, we want you walk into our store... we want you to fearlessly shop without any hesitation... we want to provide a treasure hunt, fun-filled shopping experience!

In addition, there are a couple more reasons:
1. In-store and online inventory is independently supplied and distributed.
2. Most of the vendors are warehoused in Los Angeles, CA, conveniently located near our store! So, we save on shipping costs and pass that forward to our customers!
3. Some in-store styles are sample pieces and past season items. We scurry our way to the independent vendors' showrooms and find the chicest styles for our customers!

Do not fret, these are not used clothing items in the traditional sens, just think of them as recycled down from a professional setting use-case! Think of them as vintage items. :) We love recycling clothes and cutting down on waste!

So yes, our prices are different between sales channels. We do not hide. We do not sell inauthentic merchandise.
